Wian is a senior software engineer with more than 11 years of experience in the financial, communication and the recruitment industries. His main skill lies within front-end engineering, but he also holds a lot of experience with back-end development with various development languages.

Over the past 7 years Wian has mainly focussed on the Financial and Investments industry where he has worked extensively on improving the resilience of client facing systems to ensure delivery. He currently facilitates a team of developers and strives to inspire good development practices by example. He is currently working in the SAFE Agile methodology using Angular.JS, Node.JS and MongoDB to provide client solutions.

Wian enjoys being fully engaged in his environment with many opportunities to learn, teach and discover. He enjoys the challenge of becoming intimately familiar with the systems he works on so that he can be a key part of the solution.
