With 14 years of experience in the IT industry, Werner is a passionate software engineer who believes the field is an ever-growing profession and finds it incredibly rewarding to create almost anything with software. Werner enjoys discovering new ways of solving old problems and continuously learning and growing. He is driven to help clients achieve success and contribute to their growth, and strives to engage beyond a purely technical role. Werner always strives to guide and grow the team he works with, and encourages all members to actively participate where possible.
Werner’s highest level of education is a master’s degree in Software Engineering, and his main career focus has been on the Microsoft ecosystem, with expertise in C#, Typescript, xUnit, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL databases. Werner has also contributed to various front-end efforts, with experience in Node, React, Javascript, and accompanying libraries such Material UI.
Boasting experience across the insurance, logistics and financial services sectors has equipped him with valuable business insight, which is complemented by his technical ability and willingness to continuously engage with stakeholders. He believes that software engineering comes with great responsibility, and actively seeks to be more involved in the Software Development Lifecycle as a whole. Werner has a keen interest in analysis, design and testing, and his ability to solve problems along with his well-rounded technical repertoire make him an asset to any development team.
